Toxicology	Oral Acute oral LD50 for rats 1707 mg/kg. Skin and eye Acute percutaneous LD50 for rats >2000 mg/kg. Severe irritatant to eyes; non-irritating to skin (rabbits). Not a skin sensitiser (guinea pigs). Inhalation LC50 (4 h) for male rats 4.464, female rats 5.19 mg/l.
Application	Selective, systemic preemergence and postemergence herbicide used to control both annual and perennial broad-leaved weeds, chickweed, mayweed and bindweed in cereals and other related crops. Dicamba is mainly used as an herbicide to control weeds, dock, bracken, and brush. Dicamba is frequently applied with other herbicides, including atrazine, glyphosate, imazethapyr, ioxynil, and mecoprop.
