Chemical Name: Fungicide Aqua Drug Oxolinic Acid Powder Oxolinic Acid
CAS NO.14698-29-4
Application:This product belongs to the first generation of quinolones, and its mechanism of action is to inhibit the synthesis of bacterial deoxynucleotides. It has strong antibacterial effect on gram-negative bacteria, but no antibacterial effect on fungi and mycobacterium tuberculosis. The MIC50 was 0.02 ~ 0.09 g/ml. Carps were given oral infusion of 5mg/kg, 10mg/kg, 20mg/kg and 40mg/kg for a single time. After 15-24h, the blood concentration peaked, and the blood concentration maintained above 0.2 g/ml for 66h. The toxicity of this product is very small, acute toxicity test for carp oral LD50 is more than 4000mg/kg.
Indications:This product has become a special drug for aquatic products.Can be used for the prevention and control of fish, red porgy, horse mackerel, tilapia, sarcoidosis, coho salmon, trout, rose boils disease, vibrio disease, bream bacterial sepsis, intestinal disease, spot fork tail intestinal type of sepsis, eel red fin disease, red dot disease, Japanese prawn vibriosis, sweet fish unit cell
